Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use it.
• You must provide a real, reachable email address or sign-in method and keep your information accurate.

2. Accounts

• Keep your account and password safe. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.
• New accounts may need approval from the site owner before all features are available.
• You can delete your account yourself at any time under “Account settings”. Related data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your content

• You are responsible for the works you create and the content you enter, and you must have the right to use them.
• When you publish a work, you agree that the Site may display it on the Site and let other users play it.
• Stories, pictures, and videos produced by AI are fiction. Use your own judgment; do not treat them as fact or professional advice.

4. Prohibited conduct

If these rules are broken, we may remove the content and suspend or disable the account.

• Any sexual content involving minors.
• Content that breaks the law or infringes others’ copyright, likeness, privacy, or other rights.
• Impersonating others or harassing other users.
• Disrupting the Site, for example by flooding, sending bulk automated requests, or trying to break in or bypass permissions.
• Obtaining points, rewards, or revenue shares by improper means (for example, multiple accounts feeding each other).

5. Payments, points, and membership

• Some features use “points” or a membership subscription. Prices, contents, and limits are as shown on the page at the time of purchase.
• Points and memberships are digital services that are complete once provided. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
• Points can only be used on the Site; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash (Inn coins are handled under the withdrawal rules shown in the app).
• We may change prices and plans. For something you have already bought, the terms at the time of purchase apply.

6. How the service is provided

• The Site is provided as is. It may be suspended or changed for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Language models and image services are provided by third parties or by our own equipment, and their quality and availability can change. We therefore do not guarantee that the AI will produce any particular content you ask for.
• A turn that fails because of a system error and produces nothing is not charged.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and post a notice in the app. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
